1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
- If a service has not yet been provided, a full refund may be issued upon request.
- If we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:
- If the service has already been rendered (e.g., feedback has been delivered, or a coaching session has been completed).
- If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice.
- If dissatisfaction is based on subjective academic outcomes (e.g., lower-than-expected grades or academic evaluations).
- If the client violates our Terms and Conditions, including academic integrity policies.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us via the contact form within the eligible refund window.
- Provide your name, service purchased, date of service, and reason for refund.
- We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the approval date.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- If payment was made via bank transfer or check, additional processing time may apply.
